Welcome to a trip down memory lane. Seven years ago I presented my first paper How History Justifies System Architecture (or Not), co-authored with Andreas Zeller and Stephan Diehl, at the IWPSE 2003 workshop in Helsinki, Finland (see slides below). Harald Gall was my session chair, Ahmed Hassan presented in the same session, and David Notkin was keynote speaker. At this place, I would like to thank my many collaborators, co-workers, and students. You are the best! The past years have been wonderful and I look forward to many more to come.
